While in Turkey, father allegedly seizes passport of childhood and children abducted by force.

Son manages to escape and return to the mother as United Kingdom in spite of the lack of a passport.

The Turkish authorities initially refused to facilitate the return of the mother, daughter while Turkey is party to the Convention of beech on the civil aspects of international child abduction.

But subsequently, the authorities involved to persuade father to bring daughter mother, where reside in United Kingdom.

On his return from his father in United Kingdom, served with various orders including an order of father return daughter to wife, and another father prohibiting having contact with the child or the mother.
